The IP Technologist supports VideoLabs' patent licensing by analyzing patents, mapping claims to tech products (video, software, chips, networking), and building cases. Working with managers, counsel, and targets, you will play a key technical role in shaping practical IP strategy.

We are seeking a results-oriented IP Attorney with extensive experience in patent licensing, litigation, and IT industry transactions. In this role, you will lead the patent aspects of VideoLabs’ licensing programs from inception to completion, collaborating with internal and external teams to engage prospective clients and drive global revenue.

Senior finance leader responsible for owning monthly close, strengthening internal controls, leading forecasting, and overseeing AP/AR and vendor management. Also improves cash and cost tracking (including revenue share and litigation expenses), supports executive and Board reporting, and helps implement the Approval Authority Matrix.
